Power of Prayer #29

Holy Spirit I call on You during this holiday season to comfort those who find this time of year difficult. Lord many have lost loved ones and others may not have family to celebrate with. There are those who are financially struggling to make ends meet. Lord show favor to the single parent households who have no one to relieve the stress of the pressures of society with all the temptations to buy gifts. There are fathers and mothers who can barely afford day to day necessities, let alone splurging on these outrageously priced items. Father open the windows of heaven and give the families peace that surpasses all human understanding. Lord allow these homes to be filled with enough food to truly be satisfied. Lord so many senseless killings have taken innocent lives way too soon. I stand in the gap for my brothers and sisters who lost a love one to gun violence and any other type of untimely deaths. Heal their hearts Lord, by Your stripes they will be healed. Lord protect Your children from depression and anxiety during this holiday season. I call on a legion of angels to be dispatched to any and everyone who is affected by the petition of this prayer. In Jesus Mighty Name I pray! Amen
