Power of Prayer #51

Father there have been many seasons in our lives some good, some bad. Every turn, every twist & every up & every down You have been right there with us. Lord some days we have not the strength to even get out of bed, but somehow we manage. Father we have seen some people in our lives taken from this earth in the blink of an eye. Help us to appreciate the famine along with the feasts. Teach us to admire the seasons that ever so quickly fade from spring summer fall and winter, much like the events that happen in our daily lives. We focus too much on the negativity as opposed to the positive. Reaching for things that are out of reach, instead of holding on to what's right in front of us. Lord we are like Your beautiful flowers, one day standing strong and tall and beautiful & the next day withered and blown over. Lord I pray for endurance during the changing of times for all of Your children. I give honor to all those who have been called home. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. In Jesus Mighty Name I pray, Amen
