Power of Prayer #134

Lord there is a feeling deep within that I don't belong or quite fit in. From a small child there has been a sense of disconnect with the things of this world. When others got excited over singers & actors I never felt moved to "be a fan". You have created me in Your image and likeness & my petition today is to wake up someone who once didn't understand, like me. Our citizenship is in heavenly places and our thoughts & hearts are above this world. While others fear disasters to come, we anxiously await to meet You. Today is the day I ask for my fellow sisters & brothers to expose their identity to them. The misfits, the outcasts, the odd balls that are always alone & usually not lonely when all alone. You have placed a peace within us that keeps us, while the rest of the world is codependent & must have companionship at all times, You have blessed us to be content in You. Lord take the scales off of the eyes of those that haven't figured it out yet. Awaken them to You. I love You Father God & I thank You for always keeping me - even when I couldn't keep myself.
